Desktop Instructions

Step 1: Log In to Your LinkedIn Account

1. Open your web browser and go to LinkedIn.
2. Enter your email or phone number and password, then click the Sign In button.

Step 2: Go to Your Company Page

1. Once you’re logged in, click on the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
2. From the dropdown menu, under the section Manage, select your company.

Step 3: Access Admin Tools

1. On your company page, click the Settings button on the left menu, at the very bottom.
2. Click on Admin tools and select Manage admins from the dropdown menu.
3. Next, at the top of the page click on Manage admins

Step 4: Add Bitwave Design as an Admin

1. In the Manage admins section, you’ll see a list of current admins and an option to add new admins.
2. Click on the + Add admin button.
3. In the search bar, type the name of the person from Bitwave Design you want to add. (Probably Adam Neitzey) Make sure you have the correct LinkedIn profile.
4. Once you’ve found the right person, click on their name to select them.

Step 5: Assign the Role

1. After selecting the person, choose the role you want to assign. In this case, select Content admin, or you can choose Page admin if you were looking for further assistance managing the page.
2. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Step 6: Notify Bitwave Design

1. Send an email to your contact at Bitwave Design to let them know they have been added as an admin. This ensures they can start managing your company page promptly.
